Job Description
- Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle problems, including engine issues, brake problems, electrical problems, and suspension problems.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
- Communicate effectively with customers: Explain repair procedures and costs to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills: Possess a strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and braking systems.
- Experience with diagnostic tools: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, such as code readers, scanners, and multimeters.
- Physical stamina and dexterity: Ability to work on vehicles in various positions, often requiring bending, lifting, and reaching.
