The role requires motorcycle driving with a valid license, ability to work on-site, and willingness to undergo 7 days of training.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending/banking collections is preferred.
• Willingness to perform field work on a motorcycle.
• Ability to navigate scheduled itineraries and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection activities based on scheduled itinerary.
• Deliver collection notices and demand letters.
• Report collections activity and accounts receivable status in a timely manner.
• Understand billing and collections documents and program computations.
• Locate delinquent clients through Skip Tracing (relatives, neighbors, employers).
• Follow through on client payment commitments and other concerns.
