Qualifications

• Experience in business correspondence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations from a panel of insurance underwriters via online quoting system or emailed forms.
• Transcribe requested information accurately into systems or forms.
• Update quotations in WinBEAT and perform renewal-related tasks as instructed.
• Handle premium funding rollover and renewal processes.
• Transfer renewal activities and bind a policy.
• Compose professional emails to the Account Manager and save communications in the DMS.
• Update renewal spreadsheets and manage terminations and amendments as required.
