Qualifications

• Strong English reading and written communication skills.
• Solid numerical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure accurate insurance quotations from underwriters using online portals or manual email submission forms.
• Extract essential client data from provided packages and input information into quoting systems and standardized forms.
• Update quotations, renewals, cancellations, and policy amendments in WinBEAT as instructed.
• Process Premium Funding Rollovers and bind policies accurately.
• Draft and send professional emails to Account Managers and underwriters.
• Maintain records by archiving correspondence and documentation in the DMS.
• Track and manage account status on renewal spreadsheets.
