Job summary

A technology company in Negros Occidental, Philippines, is seeking an individual responsible for the design and development of drive system motors. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in CAD and CATIA, as well as experience in motor product development. Strong execution ability and a stable personality are essential. This role includes resolving quality issues and providing technical data and specifications.

Qualifications

• Stable personality, clear thinking, serious and pragmatic work.
• Experience in developing oil cooling motor products is preferred.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the selection, overall layout, and detailed structural design of drive system motor
• Responsible for resolving quality issues during product trial production, validation, production, and other stages
• Responsible for organizing and compiling product technical data, design specifications, technical standards, and other documents
• Responsible for understanding the Technology roadmap and development trend of domestic and international motor products, and conducting preliminary technical research and reserve

Qualifications

• Proficient in the development process of motor products, proficient in the design requirements and matching selection principles of various internal components of the motor
• Proficient in applying 2D and 3D design software such as CAD and CATIA
• Stable personality, clear thinking, serious and pragmatic work, strong execution ability
• Experience in developing oil cooling motor products is preferred
