Your Role
The RAM Group is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Specialist to support our growing video production department. The role is ideal for a skilled, detail‑oriented video professional who is strong in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment, and able to produce clean, polished video creative efficiently. This person will report to the Director of Video Production and will work closely with the video production team to create, edit, update, and deliver automotive video assets across multiple clients and campaigns. The candidate should follow direction, work within established templates and brand guidelines, maintain consistency across high‑volume deliverables, and contribute to a smooth production workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and update video ads, motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, end cards, offer graphics, and other video assets.
- Use Adobe After Effects to build, revise, and optimize motion graphics and template‑based video creative.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro to assemble, edit, and polish video content for digital advertising and client campaigns.
- Support the creation of automotive video ads, including vehicle offers, sales events, model‑specific videos, dealership branding, and monthly promotional campaigns.
- Work within existing templates, project files, brand standards, and production systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Review work carefully for accuracy, spelling, pricing, and visual consistency before submission.
- Make timely revisions based on feedback from the Director of Video Production, production leadership, and internal team members.
- Maintain clean project files, organized folders, naming conventions, and efficient handoff practices.
- Communicate clearly with the video team and follow production priorities, deadlines, and instructions.
Role Requirements
Must‑Haves
- Strong Adobe After Effects skills: proficiency in motion graphics, animation, compositing, text animation, template‑based production.
- Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills: ability to edit, assemble, and finalize video content efficiently.
- Experience editing digital video content, social ads, promotional videos, or similar creative assets.
- Attention to detail: catch errors in text, pricing, logos, formatting, timing, and visual consistency.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately: produce high‑volume creative while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication skills: communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, provide updates on assigned work.
- Reliable and organized: manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, follow file naming systems, keep work organized.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with automotive advertising, dealership marketing, or vehicle offer creative.
- Experience creating short‑form ad creative for Meta, YouTube, OTT, paid social, or digital campaigns.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Experience using templates and standardized production systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools for video production, editing, or creative support.
- Familiarity with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar platforms.
- Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies.
Reporting Structure
This position will report directly to the Director of Video Production.
