Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior experience designing ads for Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube or other ad platforms.
• Proven experience in designing motion graphics and video ads that are part of successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in static graphics is a plus.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects), CapCut and AI creative tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design across mediums is required in the interview process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other team members to apply data insights to new creative assets or improve existing creative assets
• Leverage A.I tools in the creative process to improve production quality and timelines
• Supervise and coach junior designers to develop effective creative assets
• Follow and enforce brand guidelines for clients and partners
• QA and ensure brand consistency throughout campaigns
• Deliver exceptional attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality design
