Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day service delivery for Mortgage Servicing team, ensuring quality, timeliness, productivity, compliance, and SLAs.
• Direct workforce planning, hiring, coaching, performance management, and development for the team.
• Build partnerships with Business Partners and risk/compliance functions; communicate material production issues and actions promptly.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare management reporting, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain controls, audit readiness, and documentation; drive automation and standardization across processes.
