Education

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in infrastructure support or system monitoring, including incident management and problem tracking.

• Practical experience with the administration, setup, and configuration of monitoring tools, specifically SolarWinds and Nagios, is strongly preferred.

• Exposure to various network environments, applications, and software tools is an advantage.

• Experience in interacting with end customers is preferred.
