This role focuses on optimizing plastic molding operations to improve product quality and production efficiency. The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of experience in molding or process engineering within electronics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in process engineering or molding operations.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, equipment, and materials.
• Proficiency with DOE and statistical analysis.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and use CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct independent work evaluating molding processes and machine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot molding equipment and collaborate with maintenance teams.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Perform risk assessments to ensure safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with production, QA, and supply chain to meet goals.
