Based in Manila (Vito Cruz), you will ensure accurate cash verification, provide efficient customer service, and coordinate with branch teams to meet service standards and core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Computer literate with knowledge on accounting entries preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Manila (Vito Cruz).

Responsibilities

• Collection / pick up of deposits covered by deposit pick up arrangements.
• Delivers cash requirements to clients with Cash Delivery (CD) Agreements.
• Services clients with change of fund accommodations.
• Ensures accurate verification and balancing of cash, validation of deposits only to authorized accounts and strict SOP compliance.
• Delivers efficient customer service to internal and external clients in line with service standards and core values.
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
