Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Travelling Teller to service branches and clients under deposit pickup and cash delivery arrangements. The role requires accurate cash handling and friendly, reliable service.

Based in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, the position is on-site and requires adherence to banking procedures. You will support cash flow needs, balance cash transactions, and maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Computer literacy, preferably with knowledge on accounting entries.
• Willing to work onsite in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.

Responsibilities

• Collection / pick up of deposits covered by deposit pick up arrangements.
• Delivers cash requirements to clients with Cash Delivery (CD) Agreements
• Services clients with change of fund accommodations
• Ensures accurate verification and balancing of cash, validation of deposits only to authorized account and strict compliance to standard operating procedure
• Ensures delivery of efficient customer service to both internal and external clients in accordance with the Bank's service standards and core values
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
