Job summary

CARLCARE SERVICE PH INC. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Mobile Technician to perform mobile phone diagnostics and repair while supporting customer service and inventory/storekeeping in the service center.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and repair mobile devices, handle customer inquiries professionally, and manage inventory and records with basic CRM/ticketing knowledge. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with Level 3 repair experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Level 3 repair experience or advanced mobile phone repair skills preferred.
• NCII certification is a plus.
• Computer literate; familiar with inventory systems.
• Organized, flexible, and able to work independently.
