Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology required.
• Phlebotomy certification (CPT, PBT) is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a phlebotomist or mobile reliever.
• Strong venipuncture and patient interaction skills.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture on patients.
• Ensure accurate specimen labeling, handling, and timely transport
• Verify patient identity and uphold confidentiality at all times
• Assist in mobile clinic setup and preparation
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy equipment
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Support other clinical and administrative tasks as needed

Education

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology

Phlebotomy certification

1 year clinical phlebotomy experience

Strong venipuncture and patient interaction

Knowledge of EMR systems
