Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Medical Technology, Phlebotomy program, or allied health science course
• PRC-licensed Phlebotomist or Medical Technologist
• BLS certification is an advantage
• 1–2 years phlebotomy or clinical lab experience ideal
• Skilled in blood extraction and patient engagement

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identity and requisition details before procedures
• Label and handle samples per laboratory protocols
• Provide mobile/home phlebotomy services when required
• Ensure patients feel safe and comfortable during processes
• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy and safety
• Coordinate with lab teams for on-time processing and documentation
