Job summary

ACCION LABS PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Android developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Java or Kotlin to build and maintain mobile apps. The role requires debugging, testing, and deployment expertise, plus familiarity with Oracle databases and REST APIs.

Work will be in a hybrid setup in Diliman, Quezon City, with a night shift from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am. Project-based engagement with potential absorption as a regular employee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of Android development experience using Java or Kotlin.
• Experience debugging, testing, and deploying Android apps.
• Experience with Oracle databases and writing SQL queries with joins.
• Hands-on with REST APIs and JSON data in mobile apps.
• Optional: exposure to Google Play Console deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Android apps using Java or Kotlin.
• Debug issues, identify errors, and implement performance fixes.
• Test mobile apps to ensure features work before deployment.
• Integrate REST APIs and process JSON to connect to backend services.
• Write SQL queries to manage data in Oracle databases.
• Work with database tables and joins to support features.
• Coordinate with the team to troubleshoot issues and deliver updates.
• Assist with deployment and resolve issues during implementation.

Responsibilities

Additional Details

Up to 85,000/month + additional benefits and allowances (including HMO @ day 1)
