Job summary

Fixi Group Philippines, Inc. is seeking a bookkeeper to be based on-site in Makati with at least 1 year of bookkeeping experience. You will record and reconcile financial transactions, prepare invoices and reports, and file accounting documents while coordinating with banks and suppliers.

A valid motorcycle license is required for document delivery. The role requires strong Excel and accounting software skills, reliability, and a detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
• With a valid motorcycle driver's license and can confidently ride a motorcycle.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor expenses.
• Organize and file accounting documents.
• Deliver and collect accounting-related documents using a motorcycle when necessary.
• Coordinate with banks, government agencies, and suppliers for financial transactions.
• Perform other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as assigned.
