Job summary

NTT DATA Philippines is seeking an experienced mNOC Engineer to monitor, manage, and support complex enterprise networks in a fast-paced operations environment. You will troubleshoot routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPN, and firewall issues, configure Cisco technologies (OSPF/BGP), and guide junior engineers.

Experience with Aruba APs, Aruba ClearPass, and Palo Alto firewalls is a plus. This role is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa with dayshift, Mon-Fri, and offers opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Network Operations, Administration, or Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco networking technologies, particularly OSPF and BGP.
• Experience in network architecture, design, and implementation.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, Cisco/Fortinet firewalls, switching, wireless, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with Aruba APs, Aruba ClearPass, and Palo Alto Firewalls is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• CCNP, Fortinet NSE/FCP, or similar certifications are highly desirable.
• Willing work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (dayshift sched) Mon-Fri.
