WisdomAI is seeking exceptional ML/NLP engineers to join our team working on LLM-based code-generation, document understanding, context synthesis, and LLM-based agents. You will build workflows to handle complex analytics and collaborate with customers to shape product and engineering roadmaps.

We value strong analytical skills, experience with NLP challenges, and a background in search/retrieval and evaluation pipelines. Startup experience is highly desirable as we scale.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with hard NLP problems.
• Background in search/retrieval, LLMs, and evaluation pipelines is a plus.
• Experience working in startup/fast-paced teams is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Build workflows/agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads.
• Design evaluation framework and carry out evaluations of our query processing engine.
• Work closely with customers and founders to define the product and engineering roadmap.
• Shape up the engineering culture and tech stack for the company.
