Within the Mutualized Office of Expertise France in the Philippines, the Logistics and Missions Officer will plan and coordinate missions, travel arrangements, events and logistical support for Expertise France projects in the Philippines.

The role is operational within the Procurement, Grants and Logistics unit and supports project implementation by ensuring missions, expert deployments, workshops and office logistics are properly prepared and archived.

Responsabilités

• Mission planning and travel logistics
• Organisation of events, workshops and project activities
• Support to experts, consultants and project teams
• Administrative and documentary follow-up of missions and activities
• Simple logistics-related purchases and supplier coordination
• Office-related logistical support and simple administrative purchases
• Coordination with procurement, finance and project teams
• Tracking tools, archiving and continuous improvement
