A leading company in the Philippines is looking for a Report Analyst and a Payroll Specialist to provide data insights and manage payroll processes. Candidates are expected to demonstrate technical proficiency in Excel and Power BI, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. This role includes collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance in data management.
Basic Function
Report Analyst:
Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights, monitor performance, manage data accuracy, and recommend process improvements while ensuring compliance.
Payroll Specialist:
Accurately calculate and process payroll, maintain records, ensure compliance, and verify payroll data.
Essential Functions
Report Analyst:
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable insights using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot
• Develop and maintain various reports, dashboards, and visualizations, including scorecards, KPI dashboards, templates and trackers, using Excel, Power BI, and Power Pivot
• Implement and maintain automated processes for report generation, data analysis, and template creation using tools like Excel macros, Power BI automation features, and Power Query
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions for performance management and process improvement
• Facilitate monthly operations interaction to calibrate metrics and discuss insights
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and data privacy laws while maintaining data integrity and security in databases and reporting systems

• MIS/FPA/WFM Executives and Leadership

• Client, for monthly KPI/SLA reporting and invoicing

Skills
Technical Skills
• Intermediate to Expert Knowledge in MS Excel
• Novice to Intermediate Knowledge in MS VBA, MS Access, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, and other MS Office applications
