Job description

Mini Hydraulic Excavator Operator (with NCII)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mini hydraulic excavator for digging, trenching, backfilling, and material handling
• Perform daily equipment inspection before and after operation
• Ensure proper and safe handling of machinery at all times
• Follow project plans, site instructions, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and spotters
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid NCII Certification (Heavy Equipment Operation – Hydraulic Excavator)
• Proven experience operating mini hydraulic excavator
• Knowledge of safety procedures and construction site protocols
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments
