Job summary

UNFPA Philippines seeks a Gender/GBVie Analyst to coordinate, implement, monitor, and report on gender equality and GBV prevention initiatives, focusing on Mindanao Earthquake response. You will work with UN, government, and civil society partners to ensure rights-based, inclusive, and gender-responsive programming across SRH and GBV interventions.

Qualifications

Work experience in gender, gender transformative approaches, GBV prevention, SRH or public health is desirable.
Experience providing technical support for SRH and gender-responsive interventions at sub-national level.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to UNFPA and partners in SRH/Gender/GBVie activities.
Engage with government offices and interagency mechanisms to improve local planning and monitoring.
Oversee quality and timely delivery of planned results by IPs.
Oversee implementation of Mindanao earthquake early recovery project.
Develop or revise results-based Annual Work Plans (AWPs).
Review quarterly progress reports and FACE forms for SRH/Gender/GBVie Mindanao IPs.
