Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a driven professional to evaluate initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses, and to plan and monitor project performance. The role involves sourcing facilities, negotiating terms, onboarding lessors and service providers, and coordinating with internal and external partners.

You will lead high-impact projects aimed at increasing operational capability and achieving cost savings, with local travel and assignment to Mindanao (CDO, Davao, Cotabato, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, operations management, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of work experience in business development, project management, or sales.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and G Suite, especially Excel, Sheets & Slides.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine feasibility of initiatives via quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance.
• Source, negotiate for, and onboard facilities viable for the company and partners.
• Source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Launch high-impact projects to drive cost savings and operational capability.
