Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in flour milling operations.
• Strong analytical and planning skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; capable of leading a team.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Production Team to meet KPMs and production targets each shift.
• Facilitate problem-solving through planning and evaluation meetings for improvements.
• Develop practical strategies to enhance milling processes and efficiency.
• Provide orientation and training to team members for effective performance.
• Communicate standard performance measures and product standards clearly to the team.
