Job summary

San Miguel Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator in the milling division to ensure proper unloading, weighing, and storage of wheat and raw materials. You will monitor cleaning, conditioning, tempering, and milling processes to maximize flour extraction and ensure products meet quality parameters.

You will oversee roller mills and related dressing and purifying equipment, ensuring correct dosage of additives and accurate packaging of flour, bran, and specialty products as per

• Experience operating wheat milling equipment and machinery.
• Ability to weigh, monitor, and ensure proper packaging of flour products.
• Understand quality parameters and ensure products meet set specifications.

Job description

To ensure proper and timely unloading of wheat and closely monitoring of raw materials received and withdrawn and ensure that are weighed, quality controlled and stored properly according to wheat types and classification before processed for milling.

To ensure that the wheat is properly cleaned, conditioned, tempered and meet the required quality parameters prior to milling operation and to maximize flour extraction.

To ensure proper operation of roller mills and continuous flow of stocks through all dressing and purifying machines to maximize extraction of flour from wheat blend and ensure that products produced is within specified quality with correct dosage of additives.

To ensure that the different type of quality flour, bran/pollard and specialty products are properly weighed, packed and sealed in their corresponding bags and based on the set specifications/ parameters.
