Job summary

San Miguel Corporation in Mabini, Batangas, is seeking an Equipment Operator for our milling manufacturing line. The role focuses on unloading wheat, monitoring raw materials, and ensuring proper weighing, storage, and quality control before milling.

You will oversee cleaning, conditioning and tempering to meet quality parameters and maximize flour extraction while maintaining correct additive dosages. You will also manage roller mills and material flow through dressing and purifying equipment

Responsibilities

• Unload wheat and monitor raw materials received/withdrawn with weighing, quality control and proper storage according to wheat types and classification before milling.
• Ensure wheat is cleaned, conditioned and tempered to meet quality parameters prior to milling, maximizing flour extraction.
• Oversee roller mills and ensure continuous flow through dressing and purifying machines to maximize flour extraction and maintain product quality with correct additive dosage.
• Weigh, pack and seal different flour types (quality flour, bran/pollard, specialty products) per set specifications.

Job description

To ensure proper and timely unloading of wheat and closely monitoring of raw materials received and withdrawn and ensure that are weighed, quality controlled and stored properly according to wheat types and classification before processed for milling.

To ensure that the wheat is properly cleaned, conditioned, tempered and meet the required quality parameters prior to milling operation and to maximize flour extraction.

To ensure proper operation of roller mills and continuous flow of stocks through all dressing and purifying machines to maximize extraction of flour from wheat blend and ensure that products produced is within specified quality with correct dosage of additives.

To ensure that the different type of quality flour, bran/pollard and specialty products are properly weighed, packed and sealed in their corresponding bags and based on the set specifications/ parameters.
