Job summary

MVP Asia Pacific Inc. in Pampanga seeks a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to build and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and NestJS. You will design frontend components, REST APIs and backend services while collaborating with the Technical Lead and QA/DevOps teams.

You will ensure secure coding practices, participate in code reviews and help drive features from development through deployment in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial software development experience.
• 3 to 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Experience with NestJS or a similar structured Node.js framework.
• Experience designing, building and consuming REST APIs.
• Practical experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with ORM tools such as TypeORM.
• Experience using Git and GitHub, including branching, pull requests and code reviews.
• Good understanding of secure coding practices and web application risks.
• Ability to troubleshoot across the full application stack.
• Ability to work within an existing product architecture and follow standards.
