Outsourced is seeking a capable Full Stack Developer to join our enterprise IT team. The role focuses on building and maintaining in-house systems, integrating with ERP and other services, and delivering scalable .NET applications with modern front-end tech.

You will work under supervision from the Applications Manager and collaborate across IT and business units. You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with .NET, REST APIs, cloud platforms like Azure, and modern front-end

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise web applications.
• Experience with .NET 5+ / .NET 6 / .NET 7, ASP.NET Core and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and HTML/CSS/JS/TS.

Responsabilidades

• Support end users and guide IT teammates in system usage.
• Assure source control, code reviews, and SonarQube quality checks.

About the role

These responsibilities will be completed under the supervision of the Applications Manager and the IT development team.

This position is responsible for work in conjunction with the development and infrastructure team members to ensure that development operational duties and projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve system issues. These responsibilities will be completed under the supervision of the Applications Manager and the IT development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house systems and applications, including custom development, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems, third-party products, and internal processes
• Collaborate with the IT team and business units to conceptualise, design, and develop custom .NET solutions that meet business needs
• Provide support and guidance to end users and fellow IT team members, ensuring effective use of systems and technologies
• Assist key users across the business with accessing, utilising, and building custom solutions within in-house systems and various integration systems such as the ERP
• Support the day-to-day administration of in-house systems, ensuring smooth operation and system performance
• Create, manage, and maintain enterprise-level workflows, leveraging tools such as Nintex Workflows for automation and process efficiency
• Manage end-user system requirements, ensuring that user needs are clearly defined, documented, and met within project scope
• Maintain source code repositories, ensuring proper version control, code reviews, and collaboration practices are followed to maintain code quality and consistency
• Perform code quality analysis using tools such as SonarQube, ensuring adherence to best practices and identifying areas for improvement in code quality and maintainability
• Develop documentation as well as user training guides

About you

• Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web/intranet-based applications in an enterprise environment
• Experience in .NET 5+ / .NET 6 / .NET 7, ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, T-SQL, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs, and Web API development
• Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, including services like Azure Functions, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL Database
• Experience with SQL Server, including SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles in software development
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or similar
• Be motivated, independent, and self-sufficient, able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision

Monday to Friday 10AM-7PM PH

Work Location

Office based - Locations: Eastwood, Alabang, SM North, Clark or Cebu.
