Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking two experienced Mid Back-End Developers to lead end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of high-performance software applications translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions for enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and QA, provide mentorship, participate in architecture discussions, and support releases in a hybrid setup. A strong backend architecture and code quality background is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or technical lead in application development and software architecture.
• Strong background in software design principles, testing strategies, deployment pipelines, and production support.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, resolve complex production incidents, and optimize system performance.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Owners, BAs, QA) in an Agile/SDLC environment.
• Solid communication skills with a track record of mentoring junior technical staff.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and accommodate on-call duties for production releases and support.

Responsibilities
