Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality of IT services (Capacity Management, Monitoring, Continuity, Controls, Incident & Problem management, Change Management).
Provide L3/L4 technical support and prepare proof of concept
Able to design and architecture for various projects and has experience to drive large scale migrations across various tools of collaborative infrastructure.
Manage Messaging infrastructure and Gateway (M365, MS Exchange on-prem 2019, 2016, Lotus Domino).
Manage Messaging security infrastructure (IronPort, FireEye).
Manage Mobile Device Management infrastructure (MobileIron, MS Intune).
Manage Instant Messaging infrastructure (MS-Teams, Symphony, WeCom).
Manage Directory services (MS AD, IBM SDS LDAP, MS EntraID/AzureAD)
Manage Compliance and Legal Archiving infrastructure (Veritas Enterprise Vault Merge1, Vantage, Verba).
Contribute and execute, BNPP recovery plan for BNPP IT messaging services.
Manage Monitoring systems for Messaging infrastructure using Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos
Manage the flow of End-User (Requests/Incidents) in the appropriate workflows (Service-Now, SailPoint).
Ensure that work processes are documented.
Liaising with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support and IT Security Teams to resolve issues, complete tasks and deliver projects in a timely fashion
Ensure to be proven as good team player to deliver the objectives assigned to the team
Must have a continual improvement and risk mitigation focus and proactively improve the monitoring, efficiency, reliability, capacity and quality of all IT services under his/her managed perimeter.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
At least 15 years of overall IT work experience and specialize in Messaging Administration role/s.
Candidate must have advanced technical and architectural knowledge of M365, MS Exchange (2019/2016), MS Intune, MS Teams MS EntraID/AzureAD
Good to have: Symphony, WeCom, MS AD, IBM SDS LDAP, MobileIron or Blackberry Works
Knowledge of Compliance and Legal Archiving (Vantage, Veritas Enterprise Vault, Merge1)
Knowledge of monitoring systems (Dynatrace, Geneos)
Flexibility working in shifts or weekends (if required). Must be open for on call support as well as needed.
