Packaged Application Development Senior Analyst | Full time | Experience: 2-5 years

As an Application Lead for our Custom Software Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery.

• Serve as an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Make team decisions and provide technical guidance.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Develop solutions for immediate team and cross-team challenges.
• Lead the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional applications.
• Act as the primary project contact.
• Collaborate to ensure project success.
• Support and guide team members.
• Keep updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Improve processes and methodologies continuously.

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Functional.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 ERP applications.
• Background in D365 F&O, D365 SCM, D365 Retail, or D365 Commerce.
• Knowledge of business processes and ERP best practices.
