Job summary

VG SUPPLY CHAIN, INC. is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator in Meycauayan, Bulacan. The role involves loading and unloading materials, moving stock to storage, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will operate forklifts, ensure safety, and assist in warehouse duties to support efficient shipments. Applicants should have a TESDA NCII forklift certification, at least a high school diploma, and willingness to work Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year forklift operator experience with TESDA NCII.

• Driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials from incoming vehicles and place to designated areas.
• Move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.

• Maintain updated inventory and activity logs.
• Inspect forklift and perform safety checks; ensure proper operator maintenance.

Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR:

1. Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.

2. Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.

3. Issued stocks based on documents.

4. Assists and conduct of physical inventory.

5. Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.

6. Inspect forklift unit to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular checklist and proper operator maintenance.

7. Receives incoming finished good, based documents and properly tagged and labelled.

8. Move items from the receiving pallet to storage areas using forklifts or trolleys.

9. Ensures that he performs his work assignment complying with prescribed procedures, GMP, Hygiene and safety standards and instructions.

10. Make sure that packaged items are properly and securely placed in the delivery truck.

11. Performs other related functions as may be assigned by his superior.

12. Complies with all government, customer and company safety, health, environment and quality policies and procedures.

13. Complies with all company safety and health, environment and quality policies and procedures including legal regulations and specific client safety and health, environment and quality regulations

14. Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.

MINOR:

1. Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate

• At least one (1) year working experience as Forklift Operator with TESDA accreditation (NCII)

• Innovative, creative, flexible, committed, goal and result-oriented

• Can work under pressure

• Can work for extended hours

• With driver’s license

• Willing to work on Monday to Saturday.
