Our Financial Markets Distribution Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig for the role of Metro Manila Sales Officer.

In this role you will grow a diverse client investor base by promoting investment products such as bonds, UITFs, FX and derivatives through strategic sales and marketing efforts. You will also support partner units via client engagements and training sessions while ensuring strict compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.

What the role will entail
  • Drive revenue and volume growth by increasing spreads on FX conversions, targeting key sectors (e.g., BPOs, exporters, EPZA), participating in primary offerings, and expanding USD/PHP flows through a "win-all-deals" approach.
  • Expand client base and deepen relationships by focusing on high-volume clients, top accounts, MSMEs, and retail segments, while intensifying industry-specific coverage.
  • Promote cross-selling of products including FX Forwards, Swaps, UITFs, and fixed income investments, with a strong push at the division/store level.
  • Strengthen customer engagement by partnering with branches and relationship managers, attending sales clinics, organizing client events, and delivering tailored investment and hedging solutions.
  • Ensure governance and compliance through strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across all activities.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Business Management, Accountancy, or any related course
  • Must hold the following certifications: Treasury Certification Program (FX/FI), SEC Fixed Income Salesperson, and UITF Certification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of treasury products, UITFs, and treasury systems
  • Proficient in economics, mathematics, and Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with a proven ability in sales, negotiation, problem-solving, and a positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
