Job summary

CONFETTI EFFECTS, INC. is seeking a dependable Messengerial/Collector to handle timely delivery, collection, and submission of documents, payments, checks, and other items to clients, banks, and government offices in Sta Ana Manila.

The role includes assisting with errands and administrative tasks as assigned by superiors. The position requires strong communication, integrity, and organizational skills, with willingness to travel and a valid driver's license; work is on-site with a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college level an advantage.
• Experience as Messenger, Collector, Liaison Officer, or similar preferred.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and government/bank transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, responsible and punctual.
• Organized and detail oriented; able to manage multiple errands.
• Willing to travel and perform field work; valid driver's license and motorcycle is an advantage.

Job Summary

The Messengerial/Collector is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery, collection, and submission of company documents, payments, checks, and other important items to clients, suppliers, government offices, banks, and other external parties. The position also assists with various company errands and administrative tasks as assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Invoices and other documents.

• Collections and other general office as will be directed.

• Perform all other duties as will be required from time to time by superior(s).

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.

• Previous experience as a Messenger, Collector, Liaison Officer, or similar position is preferred.

• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and government/bank transactions.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.

• Organized and detail oriented.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple errands.

• Willing to travel and perform field work.

• Valid driver's license and motorcycle is an advantage.
