Job summary

Philippine Paramount Property Ventures Inc. is seeking a Messenger | Driver in Cebu to manage warehouse records and support field errands, deliveries, and document processing.

The role requires a highly organized individual who can handle administrative tasks and travel to project sites and government offices as needed. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate (or college level) with at least 1 year in warehouse administration, inventory, or logistics, holds a valid Professional Driver's

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in warehouse administration, inventory, logistics, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Possesses a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code/B, B1, B2 or equivalent).
• Owns a motorcycle and willing to use it for fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and stock records.
• Prepare and update receiving, issuance, and inventory reports.
• Organize warehouse documents and filing systems.
• Deliver materials, documents, and supplies to project sites and company locations.
• Process permits, payments, and other transactions with government agencies and suppliers.
• Coordinate with departments regarding warehouse requests.
• Ensure proper handling, safekeeping, and timely delivery of company assets.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.

About you

• Willing to perform frequent field assignments and travel within Cebu.
