Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents, packages, and parcels to designated locations within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all items.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations.
• Handle items with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Communicate professionally with recipients and provide updates on delivery status when required.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle or use company-provided transportation as directed.
• Follow all traffic regulations and company safety policies whilst operating a vehicle.
• Process and manage delivery documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Report any damaged items, missed deliveries, or unusual circumstances to management promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in all interactions with clients and the public.
