Job summary

Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a Solutions Lead, Development to provide technical leadership across complex MES/MOM implementations. This remote role involves overseeing development strategies and guiding architecture decisions while mentoring a team of developers.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in SDLC environments and expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, and Web Services. Salary ranges from ₱1,000,000 to ₱2,200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments.
• 7–10 years leading development/customization in MES systems.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL, Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development efforts across MES/MOM implementations.
• Develop and customize MES solutions (Opcenter/Camstar).
• Provide superior customer support (internal & external).
• Mentor and support developers across the organization.
