Job description

A merchandiser is responsible for the buying, storing, and displaying of products in a retail store. They work with buyers, suppliers, and other staff to ensure that products are available at the right time and place to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan product ranges: Work with buyers to decide what products to stock and in what quantities
• Create sales plans: Forecast sales and profits, and plan budgets
• Manage inventory: Control stock levels and remove damaged or expired products
• Display products: Work with visual display staff to design store layouts and product displays
• Monitor sales: Track sales to identify popular products and areas for improvement
• Analyze trends: Research consumer behavior and market trends to predict demand

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit - body built for lifting and moving stocks.
• Senior / Junior High School Graduate / Vocational Course / College Level
• At least six (6) months experience in refilling or merchandising.
• No visible tattoo.
• With vaccination card.
• With basic pre-employment requirements: SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG
• With Intro documents if so, required by the Account.
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays.
