Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Determine the optimal product mix and production volume aligned with product and global strategies at the appropriate time.
2. Develop sales floor plans incorporating in-store marketing and merchandising based on mid-term plans.
3. Create and execute merchandise planning, including ideal product and production plans.
4. Integrate product development, sales floor activities, and marketing to achieve short-term targets and long-term brand goals.
5. Regularly adjust the yearly, monthly, and weekly business plans based on current performance to meet targets.
6. Formulate budgets seasonally and monthly, considering color, pattern, size trends, and market demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications, Textile/Fashion Design, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in merchandising or a related area.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager is preferred.
• Skills required: excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical skills, and customer-centric mindset.
