T ONE CHINA CONSTRUCTION THIRD BUREAU CORPORATION is seeking a graduate mechanical or electrical engineer to supervise MEPFS installation and fit-out works in our Manila project. You will review plans and technical specs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality workmanship.

The candidate should be knowledgeable across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and sanitary systems and able to monitor progress while resolving site-related

Qualifications

Graduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
Knowledge of MEPFS systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, sanitary.
Experience reviewing plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
Ability to coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and other trades.
Monitor project progress and resolve site-related technical concerns.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor MEPFS installation and fit-out works.
Review plans, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other trades on site.
Ensure proper installation, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.
Monitor project progress and resolve site-related technical concerns.
