Surbana Jurong Philippines is seeking a BIM Specialist to produce BIM models for MEP services using Revit and ArchiCAD, and provide drafting and BIM support to the Singapore team on schedule.

You will liaise with project team members, prepare plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings, and develop general arrangement drawings from engineers' sketches into coordinated building details, delivering BIM modeling and coordination work.

Qualifications

• Experience producing BIM models for MEP services (mechanical and plumbing).
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and consultants.
• Proficiency in modelling, drawing generation and clash detection.

Responsabilités

• Produce BIM models for MEP services using Revit and ArchiCAD.
• Prepare plant room layouts, sections and details.
• Develop general arrangement drawings from engineers' sketches.
