Job summary

Surbana Jurong Philippines is seeking a BIM Specialist to produce BIM models for mechanical and plumbing services using Revit and ArchiCAD, and provide drafting and BIM support to the Singapore team on schedule.

You will liaison with project team members, prepare plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings, and develop general arrangement drawings from engineers' sketches into coordinated building details, delivering BIM modeling and coordination work.

Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM modeling for MEP projects.
• Experience creating plant room layouts, sections and coordination drawings.
• Ability to convert engineers' sketches into detailed BIM models.
