Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of operation
• Valid CPR/BLS certificate
• Must be at least 18 years old
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification by employment date
• Background checks, TB test, and license verification required
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Willingness to use personal vehicle to drive clients (IRS mileage reimbursement)
• Willingness to use company vehicle for clients
• May require additional regulatory or local requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused services and safe administration of medications as prescribed by the physician
• Deliver care as part of per-diem shifts with defined hours
• Contribute to outpatient or home-based treatment plans as needed
