You will meet daily and monthly line-count quotas and maintain an accuracy target of 98% or higher, while performing data entry and retrieval for medical records and physician transmission. Collaboration and adherence to company policies are essential.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical documents based on actual dictation.
• Meet daily and monthly target quota of line counts as per MT employment level.
• Ensure high-quality transcription with a consistent accuracy score of 98% or higher.
• Perform data entry and retrieval for inclusion in medical records and transmission to physicians.
• Review and edit transcribed reports for spelling, grammar, clarity, consistency, and correct medical terminology.
• Use all available reference tools to ensure document accuracy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in referencing and researching.
• Promote improvements, teamwork, and good relationships among team members.
• Identify potential risk management situations.
• Follow policies and procedures to contribute to the transcription department's efficiency.
• Apply best practices to the team and company, ensuring adherence to all core values.
• Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
