Overview

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures including clinical chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, immunology, and microbiology.
  • Ensure accurate specimen collection, handling, analysis, and documentation.
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment according to quality standards.
  • Record and validate lab test results, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in inventory control and ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff regarding urgent test results and patient needs.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC), or graduate of a related allied health course.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting.
