Avrek Law Firm in the Philippines seeks a highly organized Medical Scheduling Virtual Assistant to coordinate medical treatment for Personal Injury clients. You will work with clients, healthcare providers, Case Managers, and attorneys to ensure timely, appropriate care.

The role requires excellent communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-up tasks while maintaining client confidentiality and accurate records in the firm’s system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with medical scheduling is required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, appointments, and follow-up tasks.

Responsabilités

• Schedule medical appointments for Personal Injury clients with healthcare providers.
• Coordinate appointments with doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, imaging facilities, specialists, and other medical providers.
• Confirm client availability and transportation when applicable.
• Follow up with clients regarding upcoming appointments and treatment.
