Job Description:

The Medical Sales Executive (MSE) is responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and end users. They communicate the benefits of the company's products to drive sales, serve as the point of contact between the business and prospects or clients, and support existing clients with information and assistance related to products and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Identifying potential clients and organizing sales coverage and visits.
  2. Present, promote, and sell medical products, equipment, and services to medical facilities and healthcare professionals.
  3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals and end users.
  4. Maintain and build relationships with clients and healthcare institutions.
  5. Maintain detailed knowledge about the healthcare industry, competitors, and products.
  6. Meet and aim to exceed sales targets set by the company.
  7. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products and services.
  8. Provide after-sales service, including responding to product queries and complaints.
  9. Keep detailed records of all contacts and meeting outcomes.
  10. Work closely with medical and sales teams to develop customized solutions.
  11. Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales, and generate reports.
