Job summary

Cuervo Far East, Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy graduate (or medical course holder) with 1-2 years of experience for roles supporting study documentation in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

The candidate will collect, prepare and track IRB/ERC documents, interface with investigators, and train site staff on study-related matters. The position requires travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces and involves ensuring accurate data entry in the electronic registry and

Responsibilities

• Collect, assist in preparation, review and tracking of documents for the application process (IRB/ERC).
• Interface with Investigators during the collection process to support effective delivery of the study and its documents.
• Train, support and advise Investigators and site staff in study related matters.
• Train new investigators in using the electronic registry.
• Ensure correct input are placed in the electronic registry.
• Support investigators in putting information in the registry - encoding etc.
• Manage supplies (ISF, eCRF) at study sites.
