Job summary

Staff Domain, Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Practice Administrator to support day-to-day administrative, billing, financial, and practice-development functions of a busy psychiatric practice in Australia.

The role requires knowledge of Australian medical administration and billing, with exposure to Gentu, Genie, Halaxy, Cliniko, Best Practice, or MedicalDirector. Onsite at Ortigas, 9:00–18:00 AEST equivalents, full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian medical practice administration.
• Strong understanding of Australian Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private medical billing.
• Experience with practice-management systems such as Gentu, Genie, Halaxy, Cliniko, Best Practice, or MedicalDirector.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the clinic's main email inbox and escalate as needed.
• Forward clinical correspondence to psychiatrists for review.
• Process invoices, Medicare, DVA, and WorkCover billing and reconciliation.
• Prepare information for financial reporting and maintain administrative records.
• Coordinate referrals and maintain outreach to GP practices and veteran services.
